Articles ordered through this webshop are delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Germany.

The delivery process goes threw Bpost, DHL or another parcel service and the customer pays additional costs for this, as is stated in the ordering procedure.

Unless otherwise agreed or expressly stated otherwise, the products are delivered to the custumers residence within 30 days after ordering.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an item or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported to Sankoshi by the custumer.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer as soon as they (or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier) has acquired physical possession of the goods.

However, the risk already passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the customer to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Sankoshi.

Return 

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. 

Whatever the reason, you have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. You will be charged for the returning of ur product from ur home to the webshop. 

These costs are approximately € 6.00 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days after registration of your return, provided that the returned product has already been received in good order.


If the product or its packaging is damaged, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.

So please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.
